Tim Demaj, local Scarsdale resident & restauranteur, started Sea Flame from his passion for high quality, fresh fare. Inspired by the Mediterranean from which he was raised, Sea Flame encapsulates traditional surf ‘n turf, with a simple modern twist – offering specialty dry aged prime Steak cuts and wild caught seafood with family 5 star service.
The fine dining atmosphere is clean, yet inviting, wild and free. A 20 person private room is available for private dinner parties, along with the entire restaurant for larger gatherings up to 125 people. The full service bar has a mixologist on site and hosts rare spirits & wines, along with a neighborhood happy hour everyday starting @ 4PM.
